Congratulations!

You are so smart to begin planning BEFORE your baby arrives.
As you research you'll find that the information out there can get overwhelming...and it tends to be either doom & gloom or sunshine & rainbows. (Spoiler alert: most experiences are actually somewhere in the middle.) Before you go any further, take a break and grab my free Breastfeeding Planner. This lets you focus on YOUR goals so that you can discern which info will be most helpful to you.

Thinking about scheduling a consult to prepare for baby?
That's a great way to get all your questions answered so you can feel confident when the Big Day arrives. We'll also discuss your unique situation and how that may impact your feeding plans.

If you have a complex medical history or need individualized prenatal guidance, schedule your consult 4-12 weeks before your EDD.

If you have multiple lactating parents or are building your family through adoption or surrogacy, schedule your consult ASAP. Ideally, this will be at least 3 months prior to baby's arrival, but we can work with whatever timeframe you've got.
